Library Conference Twitter IDs, 2011-2021

Twitter IDs from five major library professional conferences from 2011 and 2021. Tweets from each conference were retrieved from the Twitter API by matching on lists of official conference hashtags for each year, along with common hashtag variants. Files are named using common acronyms for the professional organization hosting the conferences: AALL (American Association of Law Libraries), ALA (American Library Association), MLA (Medical Library Association), SAA (Society of American Archivists), SLA (Special Libraries Association). Each comma separated value file contains two columns. The first includes a full list of unique tweet IDs for the relevant conference. The second column lists the year tweets were published. Only Twitter IDs are shared here in accordance with the Twitter Developer Terms of Service. DocNow's Hydrator tool can be used to download data and metadata to the tweet IDs.
