Abstract

Chronobiology, the science of the body's make-up in time, has a chance to change the way of curative treatment whether by timing the delivery of drugs or electrical stimulation by care providers. This new science has an even broader scope by introducing means for self-help by education in the use of new devices in the light of the underlying changes in concept. An international womb-to-tomb chronome initiative aims primarily at stroke and other catastrophic vascular disease prevention, by focus as a start upon chronocardiology in general and blood pressure and heart rate dynamics in particular.
