Light Management in Photovoltaic Modules for Increased Energy Yield and Reduced Operating Temperature

Research output: Contribution to journalConference articlepeer-review

Abstract

Crystalline Si photovoltaic modules operate at elevated temperatures when installed outdoors, which both reduces efficiency and leads to degradation. We discuss the use of selective reflectors to improve the energy yield and reduce the temperature.
