Abstract

The measurements of the quadrupole coupling constants for H 18O- 14NO 2 and syn-HO- 14NO 18O were presented. Several new low frequency rotational transitions for H 14NO 3 and D 14NO 3 were also recorded. The hyperfine structure using the usual first-order treatment for one or two coupling nuclei, were also analyzed. The 14N quadrupole coupling tensor via multiple rare-isotropic substitution was also examined using the data.
