Abstract

The various disorders of the pituitary and adrenal glands that are encountered provide diagnostic and management challenges in reproductive age women. During pregnancy, consideration of the benefits from treatment of these disorders in light of the developing fetus remains a formidable task and requires the physician to be mindful of the most recent advances in diagnosis and therapy for the various endocrinologic disorders.
