N2 - A clinical radiologic algorithm is presented for the evaluation of the acutely injured cervical spine. Available radiologic techniques are described. An attempt is made to match the clinical indicators of injury to the appropriate level of radiologic investigation, thus maximizing the efficacy of the work-up.
