Abstract

Nephrotic syndrome in patients who receive kidney transplants has been associated with chronic rejection, venous opbstruction, and recurrence of a variety of glomerular diseases in the graft including steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome with focal segmental glomerular sclerosis and various forms of glomerulonephritis. The recurrence of steroid-sensitive nephrotic syndrome in a renal transplant patient has not previously been described and is documented in the present report.
